Government Affairs

The APSC Government Affairs Division continually monitors legislative and regulatory action on the federal and state level. In Kentucky, APSC utilizes its own legislative agent. In other states, it works closely with pharmacy organizations in those states that have existing government affairs programs.

The APSC Government Affairs Division is committed to advancing the professional and economic interests of independent pharmacy owners and their pharmacists and technicians through support of appropriate legislative and regulatory initiatives.
